Jeremiah Wren

Founder & Principal Consultant 

With over 15 years in the culinary world, Jeremiah has worked every role from dish pit to executive leadership—bringing a rare, inside-out perspective to the businesses he supports. His consulting blends practical kitchen know-how with a deep commitment to sustainability, team empowerment, and zero-waste operations.

Beyond the kitchen, Jeremiah is known for his troubleshooting mindset, mechanical skills, and ability to build systems that work—whether it’s optimizing inventory, mentoring staff, or fixing what’s broken (literally and structurally). He approaches every project with clarity, compassion, and the belief that better food and better systems go hand in hand.

 

Sarah Rose

Chief Sustainability Officer

Sarah brings a rare blend of environmental insight and operational strategy to Rose and Wren Consulting. A versatile senior program manager and trusted advisor, she has led large-scale initiatives for clients like Microsoft and Holland America Group—bridging logistics, safety, and cultural understanding with ease. Sarah excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze results, and implement streamlined, sustainable business processes. With a strong background in research methodologies and fieldwork, she guides clients through actionable sustainability strategies that are both grounded and scalable. Whether leading audits, training teams, or advising on policy and sourcing, she brings clarity, consistency, and care to every project.
