  3. Onboarding & Assessment- We dig into your current systems—menus, workflow, staffing, sourcing, etc.—to identify opportunities and build a plan.
  4. Implementation & Support- From staff training to cost analysis, we roll up our sleeves and get to work—offering hands-on help, coaching, and tools along the way.
  5. Follow-Up & Evaluation- Once the core project is complete, we review progress and offer follow-up support, resources, or next-phase planning if needed.
